Cryogenics is the application of extremely low temperatures to be used as a therapeutic remedy. The Chamber in which the treatment takes places will reach temperatures between -220 to -260 degrees F. Each treatment typically last between 2-3 minutes per session depending on treatment type. The cold, dry air which is applied via the use of liquid nitrogen vapor provides a much faster and convenient method of healing the body that is much more comfortable and effective as opposed to other cooling or recovery methods such as dry ice applications or ice baths.
